A special Meat dish is available every day
Saltinbocca Alla Romana — 129 Tender baby beef loin slices gently fried, deglazed with a splash of white wine and topped with a slice of parma ham, mozzarella and fresh sage and flashed in the oven.
Filetto Fortunato — 139 Tender medallions of fillet rubbed in mustard and black pepper, grilled and served on a mound of buttery mash potato and topped with a cascade of rocket leaves in vinaigrette. The dish is then drizzled with a light Dijon mustard, herb & cream sauce.
Filetto Cacciatore — 139 Grilled fillet with a rich red wine sauce reduced with good stock and brown and wild mushrooms.
Filetto Flambé — 139 Fillet rolled in crushed black pepper and pan fried in browned butter and flambéd in red wine for a rich black crust.
Filetto Ritrovo For Two — 280 Speciality of the house. Our interpretation of a "Chateaubriand style" fillet, but covered in a crispy herb and mustard crust, and served with caramelized béarnaise sauce and a rich red wine glaze. Can also be served for more than two persons.
Costata Alla Fiorentina — 175 Grain fed aged 700g T-Bone in the classic cut. A meal for the hungry! Finished with whole garlic and rosemary.
Ossobuco — 129 Beef shin casserole in a rich tomato and red wine sauce with beans and mushrooms, served with all the trimmings.
Stinco Di Agnello — 139 Slow braised shank of tender lamb in a rich red wine sauce, falling off the bone for your pleasure.
Anatra Arrosto — 129 Crispy confit of duck leg and thigh, served with double sticky black cherry and vanilla sauce.
Pollo al Mattone — 89 Half a farm chicken roasted in the pizza oven with fresh herbs, lemon, olive oil and a touch of chilli (allow 30 mins)
